Rates:

$119.00 weeknights, $169.00 Friday or Saturday (based on DOUBLE occupancy)
Over TWO occupants: $15.00 per night, per person, children under three are FREE.
(Excludes, Special Package Rates or Last Minute Specials.)

We REQUIRE a signed Rental Contract (which will be emailed) confirming occupancy and reservation.

A 50% security deposit, will be charged to your account upon receipt, to reserve. Reservation amount is due 72 hours prior to arrival, except HOLIDAYS & Last Minute Specials (due day of booking)

Cancelation Policy:

Cancel less than 72 hours full payment is charged, no rebooking. Cancel less than 14 days, security deposit & reservation is not refunded. If cancellation is before the 14 day policy, deposit is refunded LESS a $75.00 processing fee, rebooking might be allowed.

Holidays & Last Minute Specials: Payment in full is required at time of booking.
